Yumbah Marketing is the custodian of the AUSAB trademark which consumers throughout the world have come to trust. Yumbah Marketing manages the sales and logistics of supply to our many customers. Matt heads our marketing operation and somehow balances dealing with our farms and international customers, while also dreaming of new products and opportunities. Matthew loves fishing and all outdoor activities involving family and friends.
Matthew prefers his Yumbah abalone very thinly sliced and pan-fried at a high temperature for only twenty seconds with olive oil, salt and pepper and served with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon.
