Sashimi Abalone with Samphire, Soy, Ginger & Sesame


3ea x Yumbah Abalone cleaned & sliced thinly

80 ml x Soy sauce

5 g x Ginger finely chopped

3 g x Garlic finely chopped

10 g x Samphire picked

5 ml x Sesame oil

40 ml x Lemon/lime juice

Place the abalone back into the shell.

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, samphire, lemon/lime juice and sesame oil.

Mix well until combined.

Spread evenly over abalone and serve.
