Yumbah is building on its abalone farming experience to become Australia’s leading shellfish aquaculture company. Our business today comprises of operations in Tasmania, Victoria and South Australia, farming abalone, oysters and mussels for both the domestic and international consumer markets, as well as oyster spat for the South Australian oyster industry.
We are looking to appoint a team of Abalone Production Staff in our new Abalone processing facility between 30-38 hours, 5 days a week. Employment will commence in late September.
Key duties may include but are not limited to:
Some experience in processing/production lines is preferred but not essential as specific training will be conducted.
