About Yumbah Aquaculture
Yumbah Aquaculture is Australia’s largest abalone producer dedicated to growing premium, sustainable abalone across four locations in southern Australia.
We are currently seeking two Processing Attendants to join our team in Narrawong, Victoria.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and flexibility to work on a rotating shift and weekend roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing abalone in various product forms
- Grading and packing processed abalone
- Cleaning and sanitising tools, equipment, vehicles and machinery
- Adhering to AQIS and HACCP standards to maintain food safety
What You Can Bring
To be successful for this role, you will have the following:

- A current Driver’s Licence (required)
- Previous experience in a food processing industry is desirable but not essential
- Sound communication skills
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends
- Comfortable working in a wet, cold environment with seafood
