About the Role & Location
This is an exciting new role, based at our St Helens sites. It offers the successful applicant the opportunity to shape the role to deliver outcomes. It is based on land and is not a sea-based role. The successful applicant will manage small teams to ensure our grading, harvest and market targets are met successfully and in accordance with our policies and procedures. It reports directly to the Northern Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Whilst experience in Aquaculture would be great, other industries that may share similar tasks could be in fruit, poultry or other industries or other types of food manufacture. The successful applicant will have managed small crews in the past and be experienced in working to a plan and target to meet outcomes. You will be ambitious and keen to work in a high performing team.
- A forklift ticket will be highly regarded, but not essential.
- An operational knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles is highly regarded
- Experience in leadership or small team management required (this can include in community service and/or sporting teams, think broader than just your employment).
