Individually quick frozen (IQF) meat
Individually Quick Frozen Meat is a staple in the foodservice sector and is gaining popularity in retail because IQF Meat can be supplied in bulk or retail-ready packs for all markets.
Cans and retort pouches
Yumbah abalone is sent live to our approved processors, where they are processed into cans and retort pouches according to customer requirements. Minimal chemicals and preservatives are used to ensure that maximum freshness and flavour are retained.

Year-round, consistently world-class quality mussels from Yumbah's farms around Australia.

Pristine waters
Delicious, premium blue mussels grown in the cool, clear waters of Port Phillip Bay in Victoria and Boston Bay in Port Lincoln. Unlike big oceanic mussels from open water farming, the true quality of the bay grown mussel is in its eating quality.
Sweet, tender, creamy
The texture and sweetness of Yumbah’s blue mussels has made them a celebrated staple in restaurants and homes throughout Australia and South-East Asia.
Versatile
This truly versatile shellfish is perfect for chowders, soups, pasta sauces, stews and curries, risottos, and paella.
Live, pot ready
Live, pot-ready mussels are washed, graded, and packed in a variety of product sizes, to be steamed or boiled in as little as 3 to 5 minutes.

Yumbah Pacific Oysters are nurtured from premium spat and grow naturally in the nutrient-rich, ice-cold waters off Tasmania’s east coast.

Third Generation Farming Expertise
Harnessing the expertise of third generation oyster growers to responsibly produce the finest quality pacific oysters.
Best Practice

Oyster spat
Yumbah’s Tasmanian oyster spat sells to growers or is further cultured in a grow-out facility at Dunalley. Port Lincoln spat supplies premium sites including Coffin Bay and Streaky Bay.

Sydney Rock Oysters are extremely rare, natively thriving in just 41 locations on the east coast of Australia.

NSW speciality
Sustainably farmed along the length of the NSW coastline to secure the best of each season’s harvest.
Unique merroir
Like ‘terroir’ for wine, oysters have specific ‘merroir’, unique flavour properties that capture the essence of the coast where our oysters thrive.
Commitment to quality
A marriage of artistry, innovation and over 130 years of farming expertise to deliver Australia's favourite native oysters.
Rarity and purity
The Sydney Rock Oyster is a rare ocean delicacy, making up less than1% of all oysters commercially produced worldwide.

Yumbah Kingfish is the ultimate white fish for raw and cooked dishes in top kitchens worldwide and is enjoyed by many cultures around the world.

Farmed responsibly
We use global best practice methods to grow world-class, high-quality Kingfish. We’re dedicated to maintaining a pristine marine environment and uphold ASC accreditation.
Ideal environment
The cold-water conditions result in a slower growth cycle and contribute to a superior firm texture.
