About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Administrator (approximately 20 hours per week) to manage and coordinate a range of administrative tasks at our Point Boston Office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with demonstrated experience in core functions of office administration, including general accounts and sales processes. This role reports to the General Manager and will be supported by a small, cross-functional team of local and interstate members. Flexible working arrangements include flexible days and start/finish times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming customer emails and respond to queries.
  • General administrative tasks.
  • Action invoices.
  • Prepare end of month statements.
  • Maintain HR records and onboarding documents.
  • Induction of new staff members.
  • Control WHS documentation.
  • Order stationery.
  • Comply with Yumbah Policies and Procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an office administration role.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to ensure accuracy and follow through.
