Job Description

We’re searching for a People & Culture Operations Lead, you’ll be responsible for implementing state of the art people systems and processes that are easy to use and efficient for staff and managers, including AI driven self-service and policy guidance tools.

You will be experienced in implementing and optimising the workflows within modern HRIS platforms, optimising people processes, delivering on remuneration reviews and managing the annual people cycle and calendar.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end implementation of Employment Hero across the business, bringing three separate systems across the business into one national platform
  • Harmonise policies and procedures across 3 acquired entities into one consistent standard
  • Build an insightful people & culture reporting dashboard and analytics to enable business decision making and inform P&C strategy
  • Manage remuneration and incentive system reviews across the business
  • Develop an AI driven P&C self service platform for staff and managers providing policy and people practices advice
  • Project manage the annual people & culture calendar, coordinating with P&C business partners nationally
  • Ensure people and culture practices are pragmatic, easy to work with and provide a great manager and employee experience
  • Manage internal employee communications

Skills, Experience & Attributes

We’re looking for a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You’ll bring commercial awareness, deep insight into how to create a great place to work and build high performing teams and be a strong relationship builder at your core.

You’ll need:

  • 5+ years in a generalist or specialist HR experience in HR systems implementation and optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience in salary benchmarking and remuneration review processes
  • Experience in harmonising employment policies and terms and conditions of employment across multiple entities
  • Experience in people reporting and data analytics
