The pristine waters off the coast of southern Australia are home to our exquisite Yumbah Greenlip and Yumbah Tiger Abalone. These chilly waters are renowned for producing seafood with unparalleled freshness and flavour and Yumbah’s abalone is no exception.
Both Yumbah Greenlip and Yumbah Tiger Abalone are derived from the abalone species haliotis laevigata and haliotis rubra, which are uniquely indigenous to Southern Australia.
All Yumbah abalone are hand-harvested then snap frozen, shipped live or processed into cans and retort packs.
Yumbah has a proven track record for supplying superior abalone spat from its South Australian, Victorian and Tasmanian hatcheries.
Through a joint venture with Cameron of Tasmania, Yumbah also produces premium oyster spat from its Port Lincoln site.
