Abalone with Ginger, Garlic & Shallots


3ea x Yumbah Abalone cleaned & sliced thinly

10 g x Garlic finely chopped

10 g x Ginger finely chopped

¼ bch x Green shallots finely sliced

10 ml x Sesame oil


Heat pan or wok.

Add garlic & ginger, stirring for 10 seconds.

Quickly add the abalone & cook until they slightly curled. Approx. 1 to 2 minutes.

Quickly add the sliced shallots & serve.
