Abalone with Ginger, Garlic & Shallots


3 Yumbah Abalone, cleaned & sliced thinly

10g garlic, finely chopped

10g ginger ,finely chopped

¼ bunch green shallots, finely sliced

10ml sesame oil


Heat pan or wok.

Add garlic & ginger, stirring for 10 seconds.

Quickly add the abalone & cook until they slightly curled. Approx. 1 to 2 minutes.

Quickly add the sliced shallots & serve.
