  • 100g Lightly cooked abalone, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Ponzu sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of butter

A simple and delicious way to serve Yumbah’s new lightly cooked abalone, an ideal dish for elevated entertaining.


Step 1: Slice the abalone and arrange the slices evenly on individual serving spoons

Step 2: In a small saucepan, warm ¼ cup ponzu, add 2 teaspoons of butter and stir until combined.

Step 3: Pour the sauce over the abalone spoons and serve as a starter or canape.
