Soy, Honey and Ginger Seafood Dressing


720ml olive oil

480ml light soy sauce

320ml rice vinegar

240ml water

180ml honey

7 garlic cloves, minced on a micro plane

40g ginger, minced on a micro plane

Place all ingredients into a pot, and heat until just warm and honey has melted. Remove and cool. place into bottle and allow the flavours to develop overnight.
