Iron Chef All Stars event


Yumbah Aquaculture was a proud event partner at the Iron Chef All Stars event at Sydney Opera House. Iron Chef Chinese Kenichi Chen’s dish was a Shisen Hanten style slow cooked Yumbah abalone with iyo no miso and abalone liver sauce. Michelin Star Chef Kentaro Chen (also featured) plated up Ehime Iyokan infused Sichuan spiced Australian lobster with Matsuyama fried tofu.
