The Yumbah Diamond Grading system is designed to reflect the consistent sashimi-quality of Yumbah Australian Abalone.
Each diamond colour represents a different size (weight) of abalone with the same exceptional sashimi-quality maintained across the range.
For example: Blue Diamond Grade abalone average 167g in size, therefore in a 1kg pack you will find 6 pieces, and in a 500g pack you will find 3 pieces.
